Hi there 🙂 So while I’m typing this I feel like my legs are melting down my chair ;). We’ve got a serious heat wave going on now and the temperature this morning at 6:20am already reached a nice 27 degrees Celsius….and while some of you may think that it’s not even that bad, we really aren’t used to this kind of weather and our homes and working environments just aren’t adjusted to these temperatures. So no AC’s here….I’m literally sliding down my chair…lol 😉 But at night the temperature drops just enough to get crafty with both my windows open so I created this flowery mixed media canvas.
Hi! So I’m back after almost 3 weeks. We’ve been busy moving to our new home and I always underestimate the amount of work that goes into a new home. But here we are and although we still need to do a couple of things we were unpacked and settled in no time. I really need some time to get adjusted to the new situation but crafting helps me feel more at home ;).
Hi everyone! I’m back with a new project I like to show you. It took me forever to finish it but I’m definitely happy with how they turned out!
Hi everyone! When I need some inspiration I often like to watch YouTube videos and this time i ended up watching some videos by Tiffany Solorio . I absolutely adore her style and I decided to use some of her knowledge in this new Mixed Media canvas.
Hi there! I’m back with a new canvas to show you. I’m having some trouble finding inspiration ’cause I’m so busy with my new job and our move…it seems like there’s just not any room left in my head to be creative…But the challenge at More than Words got me to create again, yeah!
I’m back with a new Mixed Media project and this time I’ve created a canvas called ‘Blooms’. I’ve used a lot of flowers and combined paper, mulberry and fabric flowers to create this blooming piece.
So it’s been a while since I wrote a post. I’ve been busy with something very exciting! I can’t tell you anything yet but tonight I can reveal my big secret 😉…and yes it does have something to do with my creative adventures 😊
Today I’d like to show use this canvas I made, inspired by a picture I found on the internet. The artist used fabric and a spoon to create a mixed media canvas.
Last month I was one of the winners of the Mixed Media & Art blog and Olya asked me to be a guest designer for the November challenge. I think it’s a great honor to be featured on such an awesome blog!
Some time ago Annelies (Crealies) asked me if I wanted to create something as a guest designer.
I thought it would be a fun challenge so I decided to say yes.
Last Monday it was my turn and customers responded extremity positive!
Hi everyone! It’s been a while since my last post. I was very busy keeping my Facebook, YouTube and Instagram updated but somehow neglected my blog…shame on me 😉.
So today I’ve got something new for you. A lot of people ask me why I prefer to work on black and that’s a simple question with a even more simple answer….’Cause black is way more forgivable, than white…talking about taking the easy way 😉…lol. So after a lot of dark underground projects I decided to do another white one.
Want to show you all my latest project. A bigger canvas this time then I’m used to work with. But I actually liked the extra space I had. I decided to make a canvas using a white base. I wanted to use the moodboard by Mixed Media & Art. It’s such a gorgeous mood board. I’ll add it below this post so you can check it out 😊.
I’d like to join the I am Roses September challenge with this canvas.
Enjoy the rest of your day / Een hele fijne dag verder 💗
